Strategic Marketing
Every business has limited time and budget. Strategy is what decides where those go, toward the activity most likely to grow the business, instead of whatever feels most urgent this week.

Building out a marketing function
It's easy to skip straight to campaigns and content, because activity feels like progress. But without a strategy underneath it, that's just motion, spend going out the door with no clear line back to what the business actually needs.
A useful strategy answers a handful of questions properly: who your customer is, where you're genuinely positioned against competitors, which channels are worth the investment, and what's quietly not working. Get those right, and everything built on top, content, campaigns, spend, has a far better chance of landing.
How I get there: the marketing audit
Every strategy engagement starts the same way, with an audit. You fill in a detailed questionnaire covering your current marketing activity, past performance, target customers, competitors, and where things feel stuck. From there, I review your existing channels, systems, and assets against what the business is actually trying to achieve, and come back with a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first.
The audit can stand on its own as a one-off diagnostic, or serve as the first step into a longer strategy or fractional engagement.
